During an infectious disease outbreak like COVID-19, it is not uncommon for people to experience feelings of fear, depression, or anxiety. DHR Health is committed to supporting our community through this difficult time. If you or your loved ones have had a difficult time adjusting, please join us for these free support groups where you can practice self-care and take the next step towards wellness.

Support groups will be led by our DHR Health Behavioral Hospital. Registration is required, please call (956) 362-2732. Must be 18 years or older.
