Patient Home Medication Initiative

Doctors Hospital at Renaissance would like to encourage patients to use their own home medications in their original labeled container upon admission.

By using your own home medications at the hospital, you will be able to leave with the same medications and/or prescription when leaving, unless your attending physician makes changes to your medication dosage or completely removes it from your list.

Having an accurate home medication reconciliation gives us a greater opportunity to improve your health outcome when visiting our facility.

We pride ourselves on providing the best quality care for our patients in the hospital and are we always striving to improve patient services, satisfaction and outcomes.
