The Concierge is located on the first floor of the hospital and is available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM For additional information, please call extension 6100.
Ambassadors
Ambassadors are located throughout the hospital. They can be easily identified by their navy blue blazers. Ambassadors are available to help you locate a patient’s room, escort you to your destination in our facility or answer general questions.
Guest Relations Department
The Guest Relations Department is located on the first floor of the hospital. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding the care or services you have received, please call extension 7275.
Information Center
The information booth is located in the main entrance of the hospital.
Escorts
A uniformed security representative is available to escort you to the parking area after dark. To arrange an escort or to report any suspicious activity, call the Security department at extension 7911.
