Patient Navigator
The Cancer Center at Renaissance is now offering Patient Navigation services. Our Patient Navigator will help cancer patients through their cancer journey by answering questions or concerns they may have regarding their diagnosis. He/She is available to accompany you on your first visit and to help navigate you through the process by being a mediator between you and your physician. He/She also assists patients by informing them about financial programs, social services as well as support services. Be sure to take advantage of this service that was especially designed to help you with your cancer needs.
